Red Dress of 3 Euros

When you hit Dublin city centre last minute before you travel to Italy just to window shop, lucky enough I spotted this cute, drip-dry and wearable red dress for only 3 euros!! What a bargain right? Where do you think I got it from?! I think it’s supposed to be a top but it ended up being a dress on me! Haha. I got it from Penneys. Yes! Penneys best luv! Or Primark. But in Ireland it’s called Penneys for some reason. If you know why, please comment down below.
Alright. So, First day in R O M A and it felt like 25degrees. It was a beautiful afternoon and I started it out by galavanting around my area. Pizzerias every corner I passed by, artists showcasing their amazing artworks, souvenir shops and cafes with cute outdoor dining umbrellas hanging outside the restaurants. Haha
After a good few hours of strolling around, my black strapped sandals were giving up on me. It was wrapped around my legs the entire time and it kept on sliding off. It was getting uncomfortable walking around on those cobblestones around Rome.

I stopped by one of the footwear stores along the pavement and surprisingly I had a great offer for only 5 euros!! Black and white flat sandals with studded bling on top. It was so smooth for my foot to step on. Very comfortable yet stylish. Watch out how I mix & match other outfits with this affordable sandal on my next posts.
I had a big grin on my face again and I felt like I was ready to explore every spot all around for 10 hours straight with no problem! Haha. Look how cheerful and contented I am eating my pizza.

I passed by the Spanish steps (Piazza di Spagna) where almost everyone from different parts of the world were people-watching, eating gelatos, dating romantically, taking selfies and just chilling with sunglasses on. Suddenly I encountered tons of rose sellers.

They are unbelievably persistent even after saying NO a million times. After a moment I realized it would actually look really cute with my red dress if I did get one. So I did. Red rose for only 1 euro = perfecto!! But if you are not intending on buying, it’s best to say NO firmly and not look at them in the eye, it could be pretty annoying so stand your ground.

After bouncing from places to another, I’ve finally came across the spectacular marble monument, The Trevi Fountain (Piazza di Trevi).

It’s a beautiful square with lots of bustling crowd gathered around. Not enough words to describe the vision.  It’s quite hidden from the main road but it’s worth the hunt! I got really excited and couldn’t help but squeeze myself in to snap a selfie and throw a coin and of course, made my wish. Perhaps, wishes.

Black strapped sandals: TK Max B&W

I really enjoyed my day. I hope you’re having a great day yourself too! See you on my second day #OOTD Travel blog post in ROME!
