City of L♥️VE – The Tales of Paris

BONJOUR MADAME,
BONSOIR MONSIEUR!!

The Greetings Parisians wakes up to. If you asked me about which city I feel the prettiest I would scream out OU LA LA! PARISSS!!!

Atmosphere, food, cute terraces and their little gardens make the runaways in Paris. The majestic Eiffel Tower takes my breathe away. The scent of the city is pleasing and is one of the best breaks I’ve ever had. Adding to this the city is the Fashion Capital of the world.

You know the sensation that when you walk through the streets that everyone’s head turns to watch you, but in reality…no one is actually looking at you. Haha!

For some reason I feel totally happy being here, making me almost scream in total Joy.

I cherished the time when I got a key chain of an Eiffel Tower which my mom gave me when I was still a kid. I kept it as a key ring until I got to PARIS! Imagine me screaming my ass off seeing the Eiffel Tower for the first time… “Wow this is it. It’s ginormous baybeh!!”

I was already mesmerized seeing it from afar and couldn’t wait to get my ass off the car!!! Ohhh, that rhymes!

FIRST Day in Paris obviously straight to the beautiful Eiffel Tower!! What a delightful morning it was. Mr Sunshine was out there on the go ready to play. 18 degrees hotness and it was perfect!!

PARIS is the city of love, city of passion and that’s not just theoretically. When you visit the place, it just makes you fall in love with it, such a beautiful peaceful ecstatic place.

Here is what I wore to celebrate the beauty of Paris in my trip:

I chose to wear a grey sleeveless knee length jumpsuit for the first day. The outfit was looking a bit dull and too grey so wore black flats with it and carried my jet black briefcase bag to go. A very low key yet bold look was the day’s goal.

2.) 35eu APARTMENT in Paris

As soon as I noticed the drop on Ryanair flight cover for return I booked it on spot. It was about 19.99eu return ticket.. and guess what!! 35eu a night too staying in an apartment for the weekend. Thank You Air BnB for existing! That was some cool of a deal.

This day 2 in Paris having my latte, I’ve experienced having funny conversations with the locals at a coffee shop near my apartment block. I went out and strolled around my area (wishing not to get lost) while waiting for my ex-boyfriend at that time to pick me up. Haha! I just couldn’t stay at home. I love the Parisian streets too much!!!

It was random and I was actually pretty scared about the fact that they might not know enough English and I would feel left out, but it turned out the other way. To my surprise they were pretty good with foreigners and friendly. They really tried their hardest to initiate conversations with me.

#Noregrets.. Just do what you feel like doing!! And you shouldn’t care what other people think. (unless it’s extreme) It’s nerve-wracking, I know. but it was a challenge for me and did it.

What I’m wearing:

For the next look, I wanted to keep it very bronzy and sweet. So, went for a plain black T-shirt with a pair of simple creamy jeans, simple yet classic. To give the outfit a bit classy look yet keep it super casual and chick I wore a fur jacket, this time sleeveless and brown, along with some classy studded black sandals. My look was inspired by a deer, it look so beautiful with all the brown fur and the bronzed tone, such a decent yet impactful look it has.

3.) Day 3 here I am exploring another fantastic place in Paris!!

It wasn’t sunny, it wasn’t freezing… it was mild and have that romantic vibe to it.

This is my day 3 in Paris. I went around to The Louvre, a beautiful art museum. It isn’t famous for no reason. The place just makes you fall in love with its beauty and the ecstatic décor. I also went on the Ferris wheel in Paris, one of the most amazing sweet experiences of life. I wish it was a bit longer though, but all good things come to an end, so did the Ferris wheel.

What I’m wearing:

Flats with the FUR

I’m wearing a Furry Jacket for mild cloudy weather that I got in Primark for only 5eu!

I chose to wear a black sleeveless tee with a bold simple statement saying, SMILE IT’S FRIDAY with ripped dark grey jeans to minimize the color palette and to give the outfit a more monochromatic look. I wore simple white and grey flats and carried a black briefcase purse with it.

It was a good weather that day, somewhat windy, somewhat cold but not chilly solely warm, so I went for a fur jacket in the dirty white shade, everything monochromatic, but nothing all white or all black.

4.) FRENCH snails for MY LAST DAY IN PARIS!!!

Have you tasted this? I’m telling you it’s a MUST taste when you get to visit Paris!! It’s called Escargot. I wanted to try this badly and didn’t give up until we found it! Haha. It was hella worth it.

To be honest I wouldn’t really leave Paris until I get to taste the famous French snails.

What I’m wearing:

My last day in Paris I put on this Black & White outfit.

I paired plain white sleeveless tee, just like the peaceful environment and the calm wind, with a striped knee length shirt to give the outfit a bold look, so make it more subtle and winsome, I wore this statement necklace that was very aesthetic yet simple at the same time.

Finally, my imaginations have gone real! FOR REAL! I finally stepped onto the CITY OF LOVE. If only I could go back there again, I definitely won’t think twice and just say YES YES!!!!! duhhhh!!

For next time, I would definitely stay longer, talk to more people, and have more local food. Oh and certainly go all the way up the Eiffel Tower, because this is worth it, isn’t it?

Have you been to France or Paris? Comment below your experiences, where do you want me to visit again and you never know… Next time I might visit your favourite place.

xo Shamira.

First of all, you’ve got great style and stunning pictures. Oh how I love Paris, I visited there once and it’s the only city in the world that has completely captured my heart. The air, the fashion and the food there are amazing!!! When I visited, I went to the Eiffel Tower, the trip would have been incomplete without that. And there was Disney Park and a boat cruise that allows you to see the city and all its bridges. And of course the key lock bridge. I would definitely love you return as well!
