Hi guys!! What’s up? My blog has reached 10K viewers for the last 2 months and couldn’t be happier that people around the world actually read my blogposts! Thank you guys for the support! It means the world to me.

Here’s to share you what I’ve been obsessing lately. Avocados!!! Yes, AVOCADO TOASTS are the bomb!! I’ve been addicted to it pretty much. Haha.

Here’s some avocado toast for breakfast that I made for me and my boyfie while he was smashing home-made dough for empanada on the other side of the kitchen. *I’ll show that later on for my next posts*.. But for now let’s enjoy my avocado toast! I totally loved it and I will be doing more with different toppings in the future.
Here’s some ideas for you to try too!! I swear it’s super DELICIOUS and HEALTHY. Let me know how it goes!


1. Avocado toast with smoked salmon, tomatoes and a bit of onion on top. Season it with a bit of salt and pepper and you’re ready to go!! BUT before that, I decided to spread butter on both sides of the bread and put it in the empty pan to toast. YUM! Then finally place the sliced avocado on the bread then put Salmon, tomatoes and onion.


2. Avocado toast with pouched egg.

Same process: toasted bread on the empty pan with butter on both sides already. Then put the sliced avocado on the toasted bread: I decided to smash it a little bit. Then pouched egg on top! Season it with salt and pepper. BTW: Do you know how to make a pouched egg? If not.. keep on reading 😉 Boil some water on the pot with 1 tablespoon of cider vinegar. Wait for it to boil then place the egg yolk on the boiling water. Wait for only 3mins and kill the fire. It should be ready to serve then. It’s easy, healthy and super tasty!!

    Avocados are my fav! Have you tried mixing them with a little cacao powder and coconut milk? It makes a delicious and healthy pudding!

    First of all, congrats on the 10K! That is quite the accomplishment. Avocados – I eat them often, on just about everything – toast, crackers, in salads, or on their own. Yummy and healthy!
